I have a question about my online order. How can I contact you?

Need to contact us about an online order? No problem! Just complete the inquiry form located on the Contact Us page and one of our crew members will contact you within 24 to help address your questions and concerns.

 

I did not receive a confirmation number after placing my order.

All successfully placed online orders will automatically email an order confirmation once your order is received.  Once you order has shipped, the tracking number will be sent to the email address provided.  Please check your SPAM folder if you do not receive an email.

Why was my order cancelled?

 

In rare cases, some orders are canceled due to merchandise being unavailable.  Again, this is extremely rare! However, in the event that it does happen, you will be contacted about the cancellation. If your order contains additional items, these items will still be shipped to you and the unavailable item will be removed from your order.

Can my order be canceled?

Once an order is placed it CAN NOT be cancelled.

 

When will my order ship?
 

All orders are shipped via USPS. While we do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible, orders can take 2-3 business days to process and an additional 3-5 days to arrive.  If you place an order on the weekend or holiday your order will begin processing on the next business day. Your order could take a bit longer during high volume times including during sales and holidays.  You will receive an email confirmation when your package has shipped.  Please contact us if you have any questions.      

 


Can I return or exchange an item?

Due to Covid-19 and to ensure the safety of all customers, returns and exchanges are not being accepted at this time.  Please check the unisex size conversion chart before making a purchase. Unisex sizes run a size larger than your normal size so we suggest going down one dress size.

If you receive a defective item we will replace it with the same item in the same size. 

To be eligible for a defective item exchange the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and sent back to Naturally Dope Expressions within 10 days of purchase. 

All marked down/clearance item sales are final.
